01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (strongiptv8k.co.uk) or purchasing any digital IPTV subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using our services.

02. Service Provision & Digital Activation

Strong 8K UK provides digital media streaming connectivity credentials (including Xtream Codes API username, password, and M3U links) for compatible IPTV media players.

• Subscription credentials are delivered immediately via WhatsApp and/or email within 5 to 15 minutes upon payment confirmation.
• No physical hardware, satellite dishes, or set-top boxes are shipped. All products are 100% digital.
• Plans are fixed for the ordered period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and carry no automatic recurring charges.

03. Permitted Use & Connection Limits

Subscribers must strictly adhere to the simultaneous connection limits selected at the time of checkout:

• A 1-device plan permits streaming on only one screen at any single moment.
• Multi-screen options (2, 3, or 4 connections) allow simultaneous viewing across the specified quantity of devices within the household.
• Restreaming, re-broadcasting, commercial public display, or sharing credentials outside the account owner's household is strictly prohibited and results in immediate line termination without refund.

04. Network & Hardware Requirements

Smooth playback requires an adequate internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for FHD, 30 Mbps for 4K UHD, and 50+ Mbps for 8K streams). The customer is responsible for maintaining their own internet bandwidth, router stability, and compatible playback hardware (Amazon Firestick, Android TV, Smart TV, or PC).

05. Payments, Pricing & Currency

All prices are clearly stated in British Pounds (£ GBP). Supported payment gateways include secure PayPal, Cryptocurrency (USDT), and approved digital transfer methods (TapTap Send, Remitly, RIA). Subscription renewals must be initiated manually by the customer upon line expiration.
